Investment Criteria
We are looking to support and invest in the UK's most exciting young businesses. We invest in businesses that meet the following criteria:
Stage
We invest capital into exciting businesses at an early stage in their lifecycle, most often between pre-seed and Series A
Technology
The businesses into which we invest are typically technology enabled which facilitates controlled growth and high quality management reporting

Fund Requirements
We invest capital of between £50,000 and £250,000 into individual businesses and receive not only an equity stake but also an upside via warrants
​
Scalable
We only invest into businesses with highly scalable business models which are capable, before or after redesign, of exponential growth
Team
We invest in businesses that are led by focused, highly talented and dynamic entrepreneurs. Selecting the right talent to back is a key to our success
Sector
We invest in businesses across a wide range of sectors to the extent that they meet our other investment criteria. We avoid any direct property investment
