All applications for funding are made online. Our Investment team will review your business within one week to determine whether there is a good fit with Bluebox Capital.

We make direct equity investments of between £50,000 and £250,000 into businesses.

We do not provide capital to shareholders looking for an immediate full or partial exit.
Support
Investments are made in businesses that we are confident we can help grow.

We provide ongoing support to businesses throughout their lifecycle.
​
We exit alongside you. We aim to maximise the proceeds.
Warrants
We receive an equity share in your business from our direct investment, but our upside is maximised through a 25% share in growth in the business above and beyond a value we agree at the outset.
